About this Event
Durham Carifest is an annual festival that celebrates and promote the diversity of the Caribbean Region in Durham Ontario. The family friendly festival showcases the uniqueness of the region through traditional and contemporary arts and culture.
Carifest is a cultural explosion that stimulate the senses by showcasing the best that the Caribbean has to offer through a variety of artistic mediums to produce a truly extraordinary experience. Upon entering the grounds, you are first greeted by a sea of diverse faces that reflects not just the uniqueness of the Caribbean and Durham Region but also represents what the festival is all about, inclusivity.
