Since TCCF was started in 2000, we've helped over 250 children get the care they need. 
In this time, we've raised and paid out over $1.9 million towards the cause. 

Our primary health care partner is the Toronto Hospital for Sick Children, but our charter allows us to seek care for the children we help at other institutions. 

In the past, we've worked with a number of hospitals in Toronto, The Dominican Republic, the USA and even Trinidad and Tobago to get children to the care they require.


Children who are helped by TCCF need this assistance only because they were unfortunate enough to be born ill, and even more unfortunate to be born in places where there are inadequate health care facilities to treat them. This is why TCCF is necessary, to be the bridge between such children and the health care they need. 


Your generosity helps us meet our mandate to help critically ill children from the Caribbean access life-saving health care. And remember, every penny you donate goes towards the cause. No one in TCCF is paid. We are all volunteers.

The money raised at all of our fundraising events go into our special fund from which we can draw instantly once a need is identified and assessed. The fund is there to make sure no child who comes under TCCF's watch has to endure any more prolonged suffering. Once the assessment is done by our medical partners at Toronto Sick Kids Hospital and other institutions, treatment and payment are instant.


That's what we've been doing since 2000. And God willing, we will continue to do as long as there is a need for us.
