Dancehall & Reggae superstar Popcaan, will return to take center stage inside Toronto’s premier entertainment hot spot REBEL (11 Polson St., Toronto) on Friday, May 19, 2017. Popcaan is scheduled to perform a number of his chart-topping hits and will feature a surprise special guest live from Jamaica.
