For groups please select one person as the team leader to register everyone in the room. This person will be responsible for providing us with all the demographic information as stated above for each member.

The deposit will be a Non-refundable fee of $100 per person. Final payments must be made no later than February 26, 2023.

There is absolutely NO REFUNDS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Hotel accommodations, breakfast for both days, round-trip transportation including shuttle service and access to all events.

Triple Occupancy Per Person (2 Beds) : $412 Per Person *Quoted price inclusive of tax

Quad Occupancy Per Person (2 Beds): $385 Per Person *Quoted price inclusive of tax

***Holiday inn Suites is an additional $95 upgrade fee per person in each package***

TRANSPORTATION:

Bus departs from Nostrand Ave and Eastern Parkway.
Departure Times are 1pm, 3pm, and 5pm
You may register your group for ONLY one of the time slots. Please Do Not register for Multiple time slots it will be voided.

What is the Cancellation policy?

All Deposits and Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

What if I can No longer attend?

If you are unable to attend and have someone willing to replace you in your Single Occupancy Reservation, we will be able to do a One Time Only Name Change of Responsibility. This person will take on the responsibility of paying off the balance.
Please NOTE we are not responsible for transactions between you and said person. If you are unable to find a replacement for your reservation, The NO REFUND POLICY still takes effect.

What if someone in my group cancels?

The same policy as a Single Occupancy Reservation applies. If someone in your group cancels you have the option of finding someone to replace that person.
Please send us an email with the name of the person who will no longer be attending and the information of the person who will be taking on the change of responsibility.
Please NOTE if you are unable to find a person to fulfill this cancellation, the group will be responsible for paying off the entire balance of the room.
The deposit of the person who canceled will NOT be added to the final balance.

What are the minimum age requirements?

The minimum age for Females: 21 | Males: 23; No exceptions.

Can I or My Group participate in any Skiing Activities?

Yes! We have a Skiing Event Calendered for Saturday Morning at 8 am. For information about Registrations please email foreveryoungpromo@gmail.com.

Can we switch hotels if something comes available?

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with this accommodation.

What is the earliest time we can check in?

Check in begins at 3pm.
If your room is available prior to check in, it is under the hotel's discretion to honor any earlier request.

When do we get our wristbands?

Wristbands will be available upon check in to the hotel.

Does the entire group have to be there to check in?

No. As everyone arrives, they must go to the front desk of their assign hotel to obtain wristbands.

What time do we have to arrive to get on the bus?

Please arrive an Hour and Thirty Minutes before departure time.

What if I miss the bus?

If you miss the bus we will try and accommodate you at a later time if we have availability. If we do not have availability, it will be your responsibility to source your own mode of transportation.

Will shuttles be available?

Shuttles will only be available for guests who used our coach transportation and guests who are registered for our scheduled Skiing activities.

What is the incident (any damages to room/ smoking) deposit for each hotel?

Each hotel requires one person to place a debit or credit card hold between $150 and $300.

Are there any food places near the Hotels?

Yes. There are a number of restaurants nearby such as Fridays, Olive Garden and much More.
Also, The Woodlands has a restaurant in their hotel.

Is Alcohol allowed in the events and/or the hotel ?

Entry to the events with your own alcohol is NOT Allowed. There will be a cash bar at each event and an On location bar closing at 2am.
If you decide to consume your own alcohol please use your discretion within your own confines.

Will there be hookah?

Unfortunately, There will be no hookah at or allowed at any of the events.

Where do I store my luggage at the last event?

All attendees not staying at the Woodlands hotel will have to check out no later than 11am. If you are traveling on the Coach bus your luggage will be held in a secure room at the hotel and transported to the Woodlands. We will make an announcement to obtain your luggage at the Woodlands.
