TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TICKET PURCHASE
Terms of Purchase
Ticketgateway is a third-party ticketing service. We do not operate these events and cannot control unforeseen circumstances which may occur at an event. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as this is a binding contract between yourself and Ticketgateway. By marking the Terms of Purchase agreement and by completing your transaction you are agreeing to the terms of purchase. By purchasing tickets using the PayPal checkout, you are agreeing to our terms of purchase. Please contact the producer of the event for their own terms of purchase and refund policies.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. There are no refunds, no cancellations, no credits, no exchanges, after the order has been made. Unforeseen circumstances beyond Ticketgateway control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions and natural disasters, waiting in lines, family and medical emergencies.
Promoters, Venue owners, Security and Event Staff have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion, including but not limited to: disorderly behavior, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security restrictions. Ticket holder is aware that the Venue and Talent are subject to change. Ticket holder is aware that amenities promised by promoters are not guaranteed by Ticketgateway and are not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: VIP amenities, drink specials, gifts, express entry, special areas, and celebrity guests.
Canceled Events
If the event is canceled you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket; service fee, shipping, and other fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. If the service fee is not listed, it may be embedded into the price of the ticket. To inquire about the amount of an embedded service fee, please contact customer support by clicking the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the website and use our online message system to send a message to Customer Support. Tickets purchased using the PayPal checkout is refunded by the event producer through PayPal. Tickets purchased at a retail outlet must be refunded at the retail outlet.
Postponed Events
If the event is postponed, you are eligible for a refund for the face value of the ticket, however you must submit an e-mail inquiry within five business days of the originally scheduled event requesting a refund, and mail any hard tickets back to Ticketgateway, or to the event producer if the event used the PayPal checkout. The tickets must be received five days before the newly scheduled event in order to receive a refund; failure to do so will waive your right to a refund. Tickets purchased at a retail outlet must be refunded at the retail outlet.
Customer Inquiries
All customer support is handled by the Ticketgateway online message system except for those events using the PayPal checkout, in which case all customer support and refunds are handled by the event producer. Please contact customer support by clicking the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the website and use our online message system to send a message to Customer Support. All inquiries related to attended events must be made within five days following the event.
Will Call
Will call tickets must be picked up at the venue unless otherwise noted. Tickets left at will call will not be refunded. Will call start and end times are subject to change and are not grounds for a refund. You must present the original credit card used to purchase the ticket, a valid state issued picture ID, and your “e-ticket” receipt. If you are unable to pick up your order because you do not have the aforementioned items in your possession at the time and place of pickup, you will not receive a refund for this purchase.
Print-at-Home
Print-At-Home tickets must be presented at the event. To print out your ticket, please visit your account purchase history. You may also present your Print-At-Home ticket using a smart phone and visiting your account purchase history.
Shipping and Handling
The shipping and handling fee is non-refundable. Express tickets require a signature upon delivery and cannot be shipped to PO Box Addresses. All other shipping methods do not require a signature. Allow approximately 5 business days for delivery. Tickets will be delivered to the billing address of the credit card. If you enter an undeliverable address or if the tickets are returned unclaimed you will not receive a refund. International shipping is not available.
Layaway Orders
All layaway tickets must be paid in full prior to the event for your tickets to be valid. Layaway plans can be cancelled at any time, however, in accordance with our terms of purchase there are no refunds for paid or partially paid tickets. In the event of cancellation or non-payment, any deposited funds are forfeited to the producers of the event. Please check your shopping cart carefully before checking out. Any service fees for the layaway plan will appear in the total. We are unable to make any changes to your layaway plan once your order has been submitted. You must have a valid form of payment on file at all times during your payment plan. In the event of a declined charge, there is a maximum 10-day grace period for you to update your payment information to keep your layaway plan current.
Costume Purchase Policy
We offer no refunds in any cases, as we sell custom-made products. According to international law, as we cannot reuse or resell the product (the item having been especially made for the individual according to their custom sizes and shape), there is no resale value, and thus we are not required to accept returns. Once an order is placed online, it is processed immediately and the production process is commenced instantly. Please note that cancellation of orders is thus not possible after the transaction is completed. All products will be for pick up only at the respective mas camps, section leader will provide the pickup location, if you require shipping, please speak to the section leader, extra charges may apply. As an online portal, will not cancel, hold, nor store any order and product once produced.
In case of fit issues and/or necessary alterations, Ticketgateway cannot be held responsible. However, if alteration is required, your section leader will be the person to address your concerns to. That credit is only issued upon the client's request. Incorrect details given when placing an order online, does not qualify as production error and cannot hold Ticketgateway accountable.
On ordering Online costumes, it is sometimes difficult to have a perfect fit without actually being measured by a section leader, where you would generally have a fitting when ordering. This point needs to be clarified, as we provide the most economical price available online.
The Costume design image on our web interface is for visualization only and minor differences in appearance may occur. The fabric color descriptions seen on our website are solely intended for visualization. Colours may not be exactly as shown online, due to many variations of monitors. Therefore, Ticketgateway does not guarantee colours of materials used in the photo shown.
For large quantities of orders, there is a possibility of a slight difference of half to one inch in the measurements. As this is Custom-made production, each costume order is cut and made individually unlike ready-made mass production.
The first time a customer orders any custom-made costume there is a chance that the fit is not 100% perfect. The need for minor alteration of the costume or size adjustment might be necessary. Incorrect measuring does not qualify as production error. Manufactured by skillful costume Builders, the band leader matches all patterns/colours/beads/etc., at the proper locations to the best of their abilities.
Slight differences in shading of a product of the same fabric (due to variations in the dying process) are possible. Since your garment is handmade and not machine-made, slight variations in the fit of two finished shirts produced with the same body measurements may occur, but are generally unnoticeable.
Customers can request specific measurements not indicated on our measurements page (such as biceps, cuff width, cuff length, etc.) via Ticketgateway contact section leader button or by placing specific notes on the ordering page. The request for any additional measurements, and/or any special request, must be made within 24 hours of order placement.
Any additional measurements, style details, and/or, changes must be sent to via contact us page or by replying to the email that confirmed your order within 24 hours of order placement. Please note that we only store the original submitted measurements in our database.
Confirmation emails of purchase will always be sent to the email provided upon completion of order placement. Customers are kindly requested to check that emails from our company are not marked as junk or spam. Customers are also encouraged to contact Ticketgateway via our contact us page if they do not receive the emails due to unforeseen technical reasons.
Gift Vouchers or Promotional Vouchers purchased online through our website are non- refundable.
As an act to explicitly represent our pride in customer service, Ticketgateway is always available to speak with our clients. Should assistance be needed we encourage our clients to contact us. Should we notice any peculiar measurements with your order before manufacturing, you may be subjected to contact with a Ticketgateway Representative or by the section leader. However, we will not hold orders for more than 48 hours. Suspicion of incorrect measurement submissions may foresee an extended delivery period.

Release of Liability
Ticketgateway is not affiliated with the events or event sponsors and Ticketgateway will not cover losses or damages arising from your voluntary participation in the events, including claims for personal injury, or damage to personal property, or any other claims for negligence on the part of the events or event sponsors. By purchasing the tickets through Ticketgateway, you hereby release and forever discharge Ticketgateway, and its officers and agents, from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance and participation at the events. It is hereby understood that the purchase of tickets by you and your participation in the events shall not be construed as an assumption on the part of Ticketgateway of responsibility, liability, or control of the events.
